An authentic Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti "Open Heart" pendant necklace in 18k yellow gold, medium size, the pendant 22 mm wide and 18 mm tall, on an 18-inch 18k yellow gold rolo chain. The chain is brand new, purchased separately at Tiffany after the original chain broke. The chain and pendant together weigh 6 grams. The pendant is stamped "©TIFFANY & Co. 18k Peretti", the chain is stamped "Tiffany&Co. Au750", and it comes with a Tiffany & Co. blue box and pouch.
