This website is a catalog and an invitation to connect — not an online store. Listing a piece here is not a binding offer to sell at a stated price. Purchases, sales and appraisals are completed in person at our La Jolla showroom or through arrangements we make directly with you.

When you submit a request, ask about a piece, or book a viewing, you're starting a conversation. A sale is formed only when we and you agree on the specific item, price and terms.

We work hard to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Even so:

• Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, pre-owned or estate items. Descriptions, measurements, carat weights and condition notes are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge, but are approximate and may vary.
• Colors and details can appear differently on different screens. Whenever possible, we encourage you to view a piece in person before purchasing.
• Prices and availability can change without notice, and an item may sell — in the showroom or online — before a listing is updated. If a piece you asked about is no longer available, we'll help you find something comparable.
• Any quote, estimate or appraised value we provide is an opinion for the stated purpose and date, not a guarantee of future resale or insurance value.

Bert Levi Family Jewelers is an independent watch retailer.

We are not an official dealer for any of the watch brands we sell and have no affiliation with any of the manufacturers. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

We are not affiliated with Rolex S.A., Rolex USA, or any of its subsidiaries. Rolex (www.rolex.com) is under no obligation to warranty-service watches sold by Bert Levi Family Jewelers. More generally: pre-owned watches we sell are not covered by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer is under no obligation to service or support a watch purchased from us. To buy a new watch directly from the manufacturer, please visit an authorized dealer.

The content on this site — text, photography, graphics, our name and logo, and its design — belongs to Bert Levi Family Jewelers or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may browse and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in a sell-to-us request.
• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes anyone's rights.
