An authentic Tiffany & Co. Elsa Peretti "Open Heart" pendant necklace in platinum, large size, the pendant 27 x 25 mm, on a 17-inch platinum rolo chain, 2 ct total weight. It is set with natural round brilliant diamonds, E-G in color and VVS-VS in clarity. The chain and pendant weigh 14.5 grams together. The pendant is stamped "TIFFANY & CO©. Elsa Peretti PT950 SPAIN" and comes with the Tiffany & Co. blue box.
