This Tiffany & Co. brooch is made of platinum and 18k yellow gold, set with 0.76 ct of diamonds in an open heart design. The pin weighs 3.2 grams, and the pin and lock are 18k yellow gold. It measures 15.8 mm x 14.2 mm x 4.3 mm and is listed as a small size. It contains 16 natural round brilliant cut diamonds of about 2.4 mm in diameter, with a total weight of about 0.76 ct. The diamonds are E-G in color and VVS-VS in clarity. The heart is stamped "TIFFANY & CO. PT950" and the pin is stamped "750". The brooch was made in the 1980s.
