Vintage Sugarloaf Cabochon Green Emerald & Diamond 5.3 ct 18k Yellow Gold Ring

A vintage sugarloaf cabochon green emerald and round diamond statement ring in 18k yellow gold, 5.3 ct total weight, 16.2 mm wide and 10.4 mm high, with a flexible inner shank fitting sizes 4.5-6. The center is a natural cabochon cut emerald of 4.01 ct, vivid green in color. Thirty-two round brilliant diamonds add approximately 1.29 ct, F-H in color and VS2-SI2 in clarity. The ring weighs 13.2 grams and is stamped "18K", with the 4.01 ct weight also stamped under the flex shank.
