There are 3 Marquise Cut & 2 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds weighing ~1.48 ct total weight, F-H in Color, VS in Clarity. There are 4 Round Rubies(Rubies Treatment are Unknown), Red in Color & 20 culture Pearls. In excellent condition. Comes with original. This was made before the 1960's.
