A vintage oval no-heat cornflower blue Ceylon sapphire and diamond ballerina engagement/statement ring in 14k yellow gold, sized as a 6 but fitting up to a size 7 due to the arthritis shank, 9.02 ct total weight. The center is a natural oval cut sapphire of 7.02 ct, measuring 11.22 x 9.69 x 7.16 mm. Sixteen round brilliant, 23 baguette and 6 marquise cut diamonds add approximately 2 ct total, G-J in color and VS-SI in clarity. The ring weighs 11.5 grams and comes with the GIA report, number 623368****.
