The center is a natural old European cut diamond of approximately 2.01 ct, I-J in color and VS2 in clarity, measuring approximately 8.00-7.80 x 4.76 mm. Twenty-four old European cut side diamonds add approximately 0.62 ct, I-J in color and VS1-VS2 in clarity, alongside 14 blue side sapphires, originally lab-created, that are not graded and show some nicks and scratches. The ring was originally engraved with the owners' names and dated 1924, though the engraving was removed during a recent resizing. The ring weighs 4.8 grams, is a size 9.5, and comes with an EGL USA report, number US 91798****D.
