An authentic Simon G. MR2342 "Duchess" semi-mount engagement ring and wedding band set in 18k white gold, set with 2 pear cut natural diamonds weighing 0.14 ct total, G-H in color and VS1-VS2 in clarity. It is sold with a cubic zirconia display stone in place of a center diamond, sized to fit a stone between 0.8-1.3 ct or 6.3-6.8 mm wide. Both rings together weigh 4.3 grams, are a size 6, and are stamped "Simon G. 18k 572***" on the inside.
