A Rolex GMT-Master II reference 116758SARU in 18k yellow gold, 40mm, set with factory sapphires, rubies and diamonds. The watch carries a random serial and the reference has since been discontinued. Condition is 96% original with the case unpolished, and it comes complete with box and papers.
