An authentic Roberto Coin "Cento" C-profile round brilliant cut diamond solitaire engagement ring in 18K white gold, 2.4 mm wide, set with a natural diamond of 1.10 ct, G in color and VS2 in clarity, girdle inscribed "RCCento0614**". Four round brilliant side diamonds add approximately 0.10 ct, G+ in color and VS2+ in clarity, alongside the designer's signature small red ruby accent. The ring weighs 4.7 grams, is a size 7, is stamped "750 ☆1226VI R.C. CENTO", and comes with the GIA certificate, number 218522***.
