An authentic Ritani "Masterwork" 1RZ2817 semi-mount engagement ring in 14k white gold, set with 28 round brilliant natural diamonds weighing approximately 0.83 ct total, F-H in color and VS in clarity. It is sold with a cubic zirconia display stone in place of a center diamond, sized to fit a diamond between 2.5-3 ct or a round stone approximately 8.8-9.3 mm wide. The ring weighs 4.3 grams, is a size 6.5, and is stamped "278*** RITANI 14KT" on the inside.
