A pear and tapered baguette cut diamond engagement ring in platinum, 2.42 ct total weight, graded by GIA. The center is a natural pear brilliant shaped diamond of 2.00 ct, D in color and SI1 in clarity, with very good polish, good symmetry and medium blue fluorescence, measuring 10.26 x 7.39 x 4.33 mm. Four tapered baguette side diamonds add approximately 0.42 ct, F-G in color and VVS-VS1 in clarity. The ring weighs 8 grams, is a size 6.5, and is stamped "PLAT" on the inside.
