An authentic Chopard "Happy Diamonds" heart pavé ring in 18k white gold, 23.6 mm wide, set with 242 natural round brilliant diamonds weighing approximately 4.5 ct, E-G in color and VVS-VS in clarity. There is a very small chip on the heart sapphire crystal. The ring weighs 23 grams, is a size 7.75, and is stamped "Chopard 3076*** 82/5025/0-20 750".
