An antique heart/trillion double rose cut diamond solitaire pendant necklace in 14k white gold, adjustable to 16, 17 or 18 inches. The diamond is 1.63 ct, M in color and SI1 in clarity, with good polish, good symmetry and no fluorescence, measuring 7.65 x 8.52 x 3.28 mm, girdle inscribed "GIA 223521****". The stone is rose-cut on both sides, so it looks similar from either face. The necklace weighs 3.4 grams, the chain is stamped "14K", and it comes with the GIA dossier report.
