A vintage 1970s Kurt Wayne round brilliant cut diamond and blue sapphire band ring in 18k yellow gold, 2.75 ct total weight. Nine custom-cut baguette sapphires weigh approximately 1.50 ct, deep blue in color. Forty-four round brilliant diamonds add approximately 1.25 ct, F-G in color and VS1-VS2 in clarity, each measuring 1.3-2 mm in diameter, channel and prong set. The ring weighs 9.5 grams, is a size 9, and is stamped "©KW 750" and "993**" on the inside.
