Bill Rancic of The Apprentice proposed to news anchorwoman Giuliana DePandi of E! News when they flew over downtown Chicago during the holiday season. He had a limo driver pick her up and take her to a helipad, where Rancic was waiting in anticipation with her favorite pizza and a bottle of champagne. After they boarded the helicopter, he waited until they were up in the air and could view the city holiday lights when he popped the question.

Christina Aguilera was in a room full of rose petals and gift boxes when her man, music executive Jordan Bratman, popped the question. Each box had a gift and self-penned poem. In the last box, she found a five-carat ring, and upon opening it, Bratman dropped down on one knee and said those four magic words.

How do you feel about waking up at 4 in the morning to watch the sunrise for a marriage proposal? That’s exactly what former White House aide Henry Hager did for Jenna Bush. He lured her away to go on vacation in Acadia National Park. At the crack of dawn, they got their hiking gear together and hiked up the mountain trails on Maine’s Cadillac Mountain. Upon reaching the summit, the man asked her to be his life partner right when the sun was rising.

Charlie Sheen whisked his bride-to-be Brooke Mueller away on a trip to Costa Rica where he presented her with a Patek Philippe Calatrava watch with an engravement: “B--- Wanna Get Married?...Love C.” Her engagement ring was an 11-carat, natural yellow diamond set in platinum.

Last but certainly not least, if you women out there want to follow Pink’s lead in proposing to your man, you can read about her proposal to Carey Hart, a motorcyclist known for his attempted backflips. Pink went to one of his races and held up a sign that said, “Will you marry me?” Hart did not stop but completed another lap at which point she held up a sign that said, “I’m serious!”
