Ladies vintage 18 karat white gold natural earth-mined antique cut round diamonds engagement ring, consisting of one center diamond weighing 1.00 carat, surrounded by 0.18 carat of round diamonds. The center diamond is graded at SI1 clarity and M-N color. This ring weighs 2.70 grams and is a size 5 ½ (resizable).
